Our Policies
Building Strong Patient Relationships
Appointments
- We welcome walk-ins for patients who require immediate care for non-emergency issues.
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another patient.
- Even if you're running late, we will still make sure you are seen the same day.
Phone Calls
- All calls go through our automated system for faster service.
- If you need to speak with a provider or nurse, leave a detailed voicemail if they are unavailable, and we will get back to you. Non-urgent calls may take 1-2 business days for a response.
After-Hours Care
We provide 24/7 on-call care. If you need assistance after hours, call our main office number. Our answering service will connect you with an on-call provider. If you don’t hear back within 15 minutes, please try again.
Referrals
- Most referrals require a visit with a provider first and may take 3-5 days to process.
- For urgent referrals, we will expedite the process.
- If you haven't received a referral update within 14 days, please contact us.

Prescription Requests and Refills
- For new prescriptions, you may need an appointment to ensure your safety.
- For refills, please contact your pharmacy directly. They will send us a request.
- If you change pharmacies or require a written prescription, please notify your provider's nurse. These requests are completed within 2-3 business days.
- If you have a medication review appointment, please bring all medications and a list of your current dosages.
